Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving results and building long-lasting customer relationships? Pro Star Rental is seeking a talented individual with experience in the Rental Equipment industry to join our team as Sales & Business Development Manager.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide sales leadership and strategic direction to develop and grow our sales team

- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth

- Visit all 8 store locations to ensure consistent leadership and support

- Conduct interviews and recruit top talent to build a high-performing sales team

- Results-driven approach to achieve and exceed sales targets

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in the Rental Equipment industry is highly preferred

- Proven track record in developing sales teams and achieving sales results

- Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing and top sales talent development

- Willingness to assist sales and ops as needed

- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and meet ambitious targets

Base salary plus bonuses and commissions, offering unlimited earning potential!

Ideally this position will be based in Dallas, but travel to all 8 store locations across East, Central and North Texas is required.
