Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in vendor relations, cost management, and supply chain coordination? Pro Star Rental is seeking a driven and experienced individual to join our team as Purchasing Manager at our Tyler, TX office. 

Responsibilities
• Responsible for purchasing activities across multiple store locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of equipment, parts, and materials.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, monitor vendor compliance, and manage performance metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline procurement processes.
• Ensure all purchasing activities align with company policies, financial objectives, and ethical standards.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of critical items.


Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably within the Rental Equipment or Construction Equipment industry.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP purchasing modules.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• A self-starter with high attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
